Feeding & Medication

We will gladly follow any feeding regime your pets would expect at home, thus ensuring less stress and hopefully counter any unwanted discomfort when toileting.

​We are always more than happy to give medication and insulin injections to animals that require them, and continue with ongoing treatments whilst your pet stays we us. Just inform the team of exactly what your pet requirements are, and explain the treatment / dosage  prescribed by your vet, to ensure we are able to continue treatment, exactly as you would at home.

Exercise​

 We exercise every dog individually "Off" the lead, in one of the 4 large, high fenced grass paddocks which adjoin each kennel block, at least three times a day, all these periods  of exercise (each of a minimum of 10 mins in duration) are supervised by a member of staff,  this not only allows your pet to have some individual 1 On 1 time with a HATCH carer, but also allows time for us to regularly assess the health and general well being of the animal whilst it is in our care.

Cats have their own exercise areas within each pen where any toys, scratch posts or other “Play Things” can be placed. ​
